Erlang User Conference 2015

Join us in Stockholm on 11-12 June  for great talks about Erlang/OTP and Elixir innovations, the latest Erlang projects from companies such as KlarnaMachine ZoneEricsson and much more:

Among the speakers are Erlang's co-inventor Robert Virding, functional expert Bodil Stokke, University of Kent professor Simon Thompson, Neotoma creator Sean Cribbs, author of the Cowboy web server Loïc HoguinJoacim Halén - Ericsson cloud technology researcher, Fredrik Linder - Erlang lead at Machine Zone,Alvaro Videla- co-author of ‘RabbitMQ in action’,  professor Kevin Hammond from University of St. Andrews, and Mikael Pettersson - senior developer at Klarna.

The Conference will be preceded by one day of tutorials at Ericsson on 10 June and 3 days of expert on 8-10 June:

Erlang Factory SF Bay Area will take place on 26-27 March, with training courses on 23-25 March and 28 March-1 April.

Inventor of Smalltalk and Turing Award Winner Alan Kay, Elixir Creator José Valim, Erlang inventors Joe Armstrong, Robert Virding and Mike Williams will all be there! The CUFP workshop is a place where people can see how others are using functional programming to solve real world problems; where practitioners meet and collaborate; where language designers and users can share ideas about the future of their favourite language; and where one can learn practical techniques and approaches for putting functional programming to work.

2 days of exciting talks and 3 days of expert training will take place from 21st - 25th March 2011 at the Hilton San Francisco Airport Hotel. Like in previous years the conference is aimed at Erlang enthusiasts from architects to newbies.

Some of the speakers include Joe Armstrong and Robert Virding - the inventors of Erlang, damien Katz - the creator of CouchDB, Kostis Sagonas - Leader of the HiPE team at Uppsala University and inventor of Dialyzer, with a lot more Erlang experts from the US, Europe and the rest of the world yet to be announced. There will of course be the Erlang University with courses on, test Driven Development, Erlang Express, OTp express and XMPP with Erlang and EjabberD.
