[erlang-questions] A very rough start at an rss parsing module.

It only does rss 2.0 right now and it doesn't support any of the optional
elements yet but then it's only a days worth of work.

I'm interested in any critique folks might have. I'm still just starting
with erlang so I'm sure there are better ways to do some of this.
