[erlang-questions] cacherl memcached app startup problem question

I changed the disc_copies to ram_copies.  Seem to work now.  I have
another question about tcp listener on 0.0.0.0:11311

=INFO REPORT==== 30-May-2008::17:16:51 ===
started TCP listener on 0.0.0.0:11311

Why is tcp listener on 0.0.0.0:11311 even though cacherl's memcached
is on XX.XX.XX.XX:11311?
