The files with suffix .tgz are gzipped tar-files which on UNIX systems can be unpacked with gtar (gtar zxf filename.tgz). On Windows systems the WinZip tool can unpack the file.
The Megaco application is no longer provided as a separate download, as it is included in the Erlang/OTP distribution.
